Refunds
Prior to April 1st, cancellation requests will be provided a 100% refund.
After April 1st, there will be no refunds given for any reason for cancellation.
Registrations will not be allowed to “roll over” to the following year.
It’s not unheard of for circumstances out of anyone’s control to upend plans, we highly recommend purchasing the FanShield insurance offered through registration.
Transfers
If you’re unable to attend the event, we will happily process a transfer to another rider who you are responsible for finding.
Transfer requests made later than 7 days before the posted race date may not be fulfilled.
Distance changes
We will process distance changes for the difference in cost between the events if you are moving to a longer distance.
We will not refund the difference in cost if moving to a shorter distance.
You will receive a DNF (did not finish) if, on race day, you do not complete the distance for which you are registered.
Cancellations
While the Robidoux team will make every reasonable effort to make participants whole, if the race is canceled due to reasons out of our control, we ask that participants accept the financial risk of their entry fee. Please understand that YOU WILL NOT be refunded any portion of your entry fee if the race is canceled for reasons out of our control such as extreme weather, or other “acts of God.” Please understand that fees collected upon registration are used to directly pay for the supplies and services associated with the event such as: insurance, vendors, merchandise, aid station supplies, administrative expenses, permits, and other related expenses well before race day.
